York Lat Pulldown Attachment for Bench 530 and 540

The York Lat Pulldown Attachment fits the York 530 and 540 weight benches, expanding their workout versatility. It offers a compact, space saving solution without the need to a separate, bulky lat pulldown machine.

The heavy duty steel tube construction is quick and easy to attach to the weight bench. It includes standard 1" diameter bars for loading 1" weight plates up to a max load of 40kg and 2 x spring collars to secure the weights in place.

The lat pulldown attachment includes a steel bar with angled ends and textured handle covers for an enhanced grip. It offers a smooth cable action for effective workouts and is finished with a durable powder coat.

Lat pulldowns are a fantastic exercise to isolate the latissimus dorsi muscles in the back. These muscles are notably responsible for a wide, v-shaped back. The lat pulldown attachment can also be used for tricep pushdowns.
