I placed an order on 25th January for two dumbbells, which advertised 2-3 days shipping. After a week of no updates on whether my order had been shipped, I contacted customer service and was informed that my house number was missing from the address. They claimed to have emailed me about this, but I never received any such email.
After providing the missing house number, I was assured my order would be shipped on Monday. However, I have yet to receive any further correspondence, tracking updates, or confirmation of dispatch. Now, I’m receiving this review request stating my order was fulfilled 10 days ago—I have not received my order!
This entire experience has been frustrating, impacting my fitness goals. I would appreciate an immediate update on my order status.
