Wrong/ damaged item received.

9/10 came perfect. But one I received is completely different to the other 9, different shape, different size, different font/text on the end. And is also damaged, had a huge dint out of it which makes the metal visible and other dints and marks on it. Not really happy with this to say I spent a decent amount of money.
